Customer Shop to Win Prize Draws: Terms and Conditions
1. The Shop to Win prize draws are open to all UK Avon Customers who place an online order through a Representative, excluding those who are in any way professionally connected with the prize draws
2. There are a total of 202 prizes to be won across 29th April 2016 –30th June 2016. In total 101 prizes will be won by Customers and 101 prizes by their Representatives.
3. There are three prize draws that Customers can participate in. Customers can participate in multiple draws, should they choose.
PRIZE DRAW 1 – MAY ORDERS
4. The entry period for prize draw 1 is active from 29th April 2016 – 31st May 2016
5. 50 x Customers and 50 x Representatives will be selected to win an Amazon Kindle Fire 7″ display, Wi-Fi, 8GB in black
6. To gain entry into prize draw 1, Customers must place one or more online orders through a Representative’s store throughout 29th April – 31st May 2016
7. A Customer will receive 1 x entry for every order placed. Therefore if a Customer places multiple orders through their Representative, they will receive multiple entries
8. A Customer will not receive an entry into prize draw 1 for orders that are not placed online
9. In selecting the winners, Avon will draw 50 x eligible Customer orders at random. Of the orders selected, the Customer that placed the order and the Representative who accepts the order will both win the prize
10. Winners will be contacted by Avon’s prize fulfilment agency, Cloud Nine Incentives who will fulfil delivery of the prizes within 28 days
11. Amazon devices are given away on behalf of Avon. Amazon is not a sponsor of this incentive.
PRIZE DRAW 2 – JUNE ORDERS
12. The incentive period for prize draw 2 is active from June 1st – June 30th 2016
13. 50 x Customers and 50 x Representatives will be selected to win a £50 Love2Shop Voucher
14. To gain entry into prize draw 2, Customers must place one or more online orders with a Representative throughout June
15. A Customer will receive 1 x entry for every order placed. Therefore if a Customer places multiple orders through their Representative, they will receive multiple entries
16. A Customer will not receive an entry into prize draw 2 for orders that are not placed online
17. In selecting the winners, Avon will draw 50 x eligible customer orders at random. Of the orders selected, the customer that placed the order and the Representative who accepts the order will both win the prize
18. Winners will be contacted via Avon to arrange delivery of their prize. Prize fulfilment will take place within 28 days of the winner announcement.
19. If unable to make contact, winners will be notified by email and their prize will be distributed to their address. If an address is not specified then Avon reserves the right to pick an alternative winner.
PRIZE DRAW 3 – MAY AND JUNE ORDERS
20. The incentive period for prize draw 3 is active from 29th April – June 30th 2016
21. 1 x Customer and 1 x Representative will be selected to win a brand new car worth up to £12,000
22. Customers who have placed an online order during 29th April – 30th June 2016 will automatically be entered into prize draw 3
23. A Customer will receive 1 x entry for every order placed. Therefore if a Customer places multiple orders through their Representative’s online store, they will receive multiple entries
24. A Customer will not receive an entry into prize draw 3 for orders that are not placed online
25. In selecting the winners, Avon will draw 1 x eligible customer order at random. The customer that placed the order and the Representative who accepts and fulfils the order will both win the prize
26. Winners of prize draw 3 will be notified within 28 days by Avon’s prize fulfilment agency, Cloud Nine Incentives.
27. Winners should allow between 6-8 weeks for delivery of their vehicle. A copy of the winners insurance will be required prior to despatch/collection of the vehicle.
28. Should a winner not have a driver’s license or car insurance, Avon will provide a suitable substitution at their discretion.
29. Prizes are non-returnable unless faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights
30. Should a winner not be contactable within a reasonable time-frame, Avon reserves the right to select another winner or cancel the prize altogether
31. The Customer details held by Avon are final and will be used to measure the results for all elements of the prize draw
32. Avon reserves the right to hold or cancel the prize draws in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, or if Avon deems, in their absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice in order to achieve the qualifying entry into any of the prize draws.
33. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by, these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Non-compliance may render you ineligible
34. Avon’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
35. Successful Customers’ personal details will be shown on the Representative Website, Newsletter and/or Avon Beauty Connects and they may also be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon
36. All applicants acknowledge that, in the course of applying for these prize draws, certain information about them will be captured, electronically or otherwise, and will be transmitted to Avon and third parties associated with the prize draw. Accordingly, the applicant’s expressly agree to the transfer of such personal information to Avon and Avon’s third party agents associated with these prize draws and that Avon (data controller) and any third party associated with the prize draw may use, store, process and transfer that information for the purpose of the prize draw. All applicants further agree that Avon may send their personal information outside of the European Economic Area including to the United States of America, for processing for the purpose of the prize draw.
